Alkaline solutions are used to dry this product. There are two main reasons for using acid to dry apricots. The first one is that it causes the fruits to dry quickly, within 8 days, and the other one is that this increases the shelf life of the obtained dried fruit, from one year to two years. Our dried apricots have always been of the highest quality. We offer our dried apricots in light orange and yellowish orange colors.
